Yes, the class is done seated in a chair and you only do the exercises you are comfortable doing.
Do I have to sign a liability waiver?
Yes, all adults and guardians must sign a waiver.
Is this class really fun?
Yes! We play and laugh! Participants leave the class feeling good.
What do I need to bring with me?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
